Lavish Lifestyle & Amenities
The condominiums, ranging from 1,600 to 2,600 square feet, will be on floors three to the eight. There will be four residences on each floor with luxury finishes that will include all of the popular Naples coastal interior with marble in the bathrooms, white oak flooring and quartz counter tops.
Trio will face west and offer unobstructed views of Naples Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, Gulfshore Boulevard and downtown Naples.
The project will also have a resort-style pool and spa in an outdoor plaza. With residents enjoying private parking garages and elevators.
The sky club, named Club IX (for the ninth floor) is expected to span 8,000 square feet, with a nautical-theme and including three mineral pools, poolside cabanas, water fountains and custom lighting to set the ultra-modern vibe. For residents, club membership will be mandatory, and it will be free for the first year. Hotel guests will pay a resort fee that will include use of the club.
Have a lot of guests? They can stay at the extended-stay hotel rooms, ranging from 700 to 1,200 square feet and including full kitchens. Guests will be able to stay for up to 30 days.
Construction
The developer is still awaiting site development plan approval from Collier County which is expected by August. Construction is expected to commence in October, with a 14-month build-out. The project could be completed by December 2017.
