Step 1 - Deciding When to Sell

Step 2 - Preparing Your Home For Showings

Declutter,  depersonalize, make repairs, stage properly then CLEAN, CLEAN and clean some more.

Step 3 - Pricing & Marketing

Step 4 - Showings

Once we have targeted the ideal buyers, they will visit your home to see the property, we help them emotionally connect and envision themselves living there.

Step 5 - Offers

Congrats, you got an offer!  It’s now time for your Realtor to give solid advice and guidance to get you the price you want. It helps to have a strategic negotiator on your side.

Step 6 - Inspections

Once you accept the buyer’s offer, they will hire an inspector.  Having the right Realtor to guide you through the contract and recommend trusted vendors is paramount!

Step 7 - Closing

Sellers fees at closing will include: deed preparation, closing coordination, recording fees and other misc. fees charged by title or closing company.

Step 8 - SOLD!
