Step 4 - Showings

Step 6 - Inspections

Once you accept the buyer’s offer, they will hire an inspector.  Having the right Realtor to guide you through the contract and recommend trusted vendors is paramount!

Step 7 - Closing

Sellers fees at closing will include: deed preparation, closing coordination, recording fees and other misc. fees charged by title or closing company.

Step 8 - SOLD!
